The Allurion Swallowable Weight Loss Balloon
The weight loss balloon is an innovative, non-invasive (no Surgery) 15 minute weight loss procedure where the patient swallows a gastric capsule into the stomach. It is then inflated, and remains there for up to 4 months. throughout this perioid, the paitent will be placed on a fully supported weight loss program for sustained weight loss of about 10-15% of total body weight . At the end of this time, the body passes the now deflated gastric balloon via natural methods.
